We use data strictly to deliver the requested automation services, such as:

• Updating calendars/spreadsheets and internal business systems

3. Google services and third-party services

If a client chooses to connect Google services (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Sheets), access is used only to perform actions requested by the client’s automation (such as reading availability or writing appointment entries).

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with service providers necessary to operate the automation (e.g., hosting, communication platforms, AI providers) and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

4. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet operational or legal requirements. Retention periods may vary per client configuration.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
